July-August 2003 Greetings Great '98! I am back from my deployment and now enjoying the more relaxed life of shore duty in Monterey, CA, at the Naval Postgraduate School. I've seen a few Classmates here already, like Jany Collaco and John Bowman. I'm sure I'll have more to tell you about once I actually start school. First and main order of business, our Five Year Reunion will be this coming Homecoming weekend. On 25 October Navy will play Delaware on our home turf, so mark you calendars and plan on being there. The details will be promulgated on our web page, usna98.org and if you have any extra questions don't hesitate to call me. No letters this month, but thanks to Shawn Gee for carrying the torch while I was gone. Shawn did let me know that Steve Fortmann and Kathy McMorrow are getting married this fall. Also, he and Paul Shoning are enjoying the tough hours at EOD school. Looking forward to seeing everyone at our reunion. Fair winds. -DSF
